Questions About Post-Construction Cleaning
What types of renovations do you clean after?
All of them. Kitchen and bathroom renos, basement finishing, new builds, painting, flooring. If there's construction mess, we clean it.
How is this different from a regular deep clean?
Construction cleaning uses different techniques and products. Drywall dust, adhesive residue and paint overspray need specific approaches that regular cleaning doesn't handle well.
When should we schedule the clean?
Once all the tradespeople are done and the site is clear. We work after the final inspection so we're not in the way.
Do you haul away construction waste?
We handle fine dust and light debris. For the big stuff like drywall sheets or lumber, you'll want to arrange that separately with your contractor.
